Coating

The coating is made of high-temperature ceramic fiber cotton, inorganic binder, a small amount of organic polymer and other special components. The products provided are premixed wet materials.
● it can be used for emergency maintenance of overheated refractory materials or hot surfaces - spalling furnace wall or floor crack filling, etc.

● it is mainly used for hot surface coating to improve the air flow erosion resistance of lining materials, or as ablative materials to help lining materials resist molten metal erosion or chemical erosion.

Maximum service temperature
● 1500℃

● use special pump and rubber hose to deliver to special spray gun and spray evenly to the working surface.
